Emerging Artist Award: Last week the Youth Services Committee honored 4 youth artists from the Spokane area with the Emerging Artist Award. Each student received $250 to help them pursue their art form and shared their talents during the meeting.

Rotary Youth Exchange: We are in need of host families from August '23 to June 2024. One family has committed to host and seeks 1 - 2 additional hosts living in the Lewis and Clark High School catchment area. Volunteer Requests
Vaccination Clinic: The Vaccinations committee has been requested to assist with a vaccination clinic for the Slavic community, on June 3, 2023, from 1 pm to 4 pm at Roosevelt Elementary School. Volunteers will help with snacks, games, and crafts to entertain the kids during the event. if you are able to volunteer please CLICK HERE to contact Kevin Berkompas.
Hosts needed for New Zealand Rotarians: Hosting members of a Rotary Friendship Exchange is a wonderful experience. Our club will host 4 couples and a gentleman from New Zealand from Sept. 9-13. Hosts provide a place to stay, breakfasts, one or two dinners, and a warm welcome to Spokane. They are not responsible for the events each day. We have 3 hosts and need 2 more.
