Notes from
President Paul

Greetings My Rotary Family!

Thank you to everyone for helping to make “I Love Rotary” Month a success in our membership drive! We have many new applications in the pipeline. I look forward to meeting and getting to know these new members in the weeks ahead.

Please continue to bring a guest to our meetings. The upcoming list of programs is in this newsletter and share these great presenters with friends and colleagues you might know.

A reminder to mark your calendar for The Rotary Ski Day on Mount Spokane, Saturday, March 14th. We have discounted tickets available to the Club members and hope to see a bunch of you there. For more details please note the calendar of events in this newsletter.

Enjoy these first days of March and the beginning of March Madness!

                      Cheers,

Quote of the Week

“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”
Charles Dickens

Paul Harris Fellow

Last Thursday an anonymous donor surprised member Bridget Barrington with her 4th Paul Harris Fellow.

Bridget joined Club 21 in 2019 after transferring from the Mill Creek Rotary Club where she was a Past President and member for 10 years. Currently, Bridget is the Co-Chair of Club 21's Membership Development Committee.

When asked why the donor chose to award Bridget a Paul Harris Fellow they said,

"Bridget epitomizes the type of Rotarian that our community and world needs! She immediately jumped into our club and is active with many committees. Bridget is bright, friendly, engaged and I know that like many Rotarians, I enjoy seeing her at lunch each week. Bridget's "service above self" contributions make her a logical Paul Harris recipient."

Congratulations Bridget on your
4th Paul Harris Fellow!
