2027-2028 Youth Exchange
Applications are open for the 2027-2028 Rotary Youth Exchange Program.
If you know of anyone interested in being an exchange student in another country for the 2027-2028 school year or an 8-week short-term exchange in the summer of 2027, please contact:

Information on both the long-term and short-term programs, along with the application, can be accessed via the website below. There will be informational Zoom sessions available on September 23 & 26 and October 5. You can register to attend those via the below link also.
The Veterans Committee would like to invite club members to welcome home the Veterans returning at the Spokane Airport main ticketing area. The welcome home parade is one of the most meaningful parts of the trip, especially for our Vietnam vets. This is the homecoming they did not get 50+ years ago.
When: October 14th
Where: Spokane Airport main ticketing area.
Target arrival time is 7:30 pm.

Have you ever flown in a really, really small airplane, and where did you go?
Cassie- I have not flown in a small plane
Dennis- Sandpoint for drinks
Do you fantasize about having a pilot’s license or becoming, you know, a ship captain, or some kind of navigator?
Cassie- I can’t say that I have.
Dennis- I’d rather be a passenger train engineer.
Where are you going to travel to next?
Cassie- I’m not supposed to know, but I am going to Nashville next week.
Dennis- I’m going to Virginia for Thanksgiving.
Fire Disaster Recovery - Call for Volunteers
Rotary's partner, Disaster Aid USA, is deploying volunteers to support the Spokane community impacted by wildfires.
Your time, skills, and compassion can make a real difference when it matters most. We're looking for volunteers to help siftashes, sort debris, and perform general property clean-up.
