October 29, 2020: Ron Harris, Generational Diversity

Decades ago, the phrase “generation gap,” was used to describe the sometimes contentious relationship between young Baby Boomers and their parents. With people living longer, today's generation gap and communication differences now span multiple generations.  Ronald Harris, the director of diversity and inclusion for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee offers his recipe for communicating with and resolving generational differences.
